Public Offer for Access to NOXARGENT CLUB
Translation for convenience. This offer is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. In case of discrepancy, the Russian version prevails. The seller does not claim that this document complies with the laws of every country; buyers outside Russia may have additional mandatory rights under their local law, which are not limited by this document.
1. Parties
1.1. Provider: Лекторович Евгений Павлович, Самозанятый, Tax ID (INN) 731103735984, address: [NOT SET: SELLER_ADDRESS], e-mail: williamlester484@gmail.com.
1.2. Customer: a person with legal capacity who accepts this offer. Minors may accept only with the consent of a legal guardian where required by law.
1.3. Club: a private Telegram channel with digital materials and a private Telegram chat for members.
1.4. Subscription: access to the Club for a fixed paid period. It does not transfer ownership of materials or grant perpetual rights to use them.
2. Subject
2.1. The Provider grants access to the Club for the paid period; the Customer pays for access. Contents are described in the bot under "What's inside". The Provider does not guarantee income, views, followers or any other results.
3. Acceptance
3.1. Acceptance = choosing a plan, pressing "I accept the terms and proceed to payment", and paying the invoice. The contract is concluded once a successful payment is confirmed. The document versions accepted and the time (UTC) are recorded.
4. Plans and payment

4.1. Payment methods: Telegram Stars (inside Telegram); card payment via YooKassa through a separate external sales channel. The amount in Telegram Stars is shown in the invoice before payment.
4.2. No automatic renewal or recurring charges. Card data is never received or stored by the Provider.
5. Term
5.1. Access starts when payment is confirmed. Renewal of an active subscription adds days to the current end date; if expired, the new period starts at the payment time. Reminders are sent 3 days and 1 day before, and on the last day. Access ends automatically at the end of the period.
6. Access delivery
6.1. The bot sends personal links to request to join the channel and chat. Requests are approved automatically only for the Telegram account that paid. If already a member, the term is simply extended.
7. Obligations and IP
7.1. The Customer must not share access, links or materials with third parties or redistribute materials. All rights to materials belong to the Provider or are used lawfully; viewing within Telegram during the subscription is permitted.
8. Support, cancellation and refunds
8.1. Support: "Support" in the bot, /support, /paysupport, @noxargents, williamlester484@gmail.com. Telegram support cannot help with purchases in this bot.
8.2. Cancellation and refunds follow the Refund and Claims Policy and applicable law, including the Russian Consumer Protection Law where applicable.
9. Disputes
9.1. Claims: lektorov1ch@outlook.com. Every claim is registered and answered within the period set by law or, if none, within 10 calendar days.
10. Changes
10.1. New versions apply to purchases made after publication. Previous versions are kept.
