NOXARGENT CLUB User Agreement
Translation for convenience; the Russian version prevails.
1. General
1.1. This agreement governs the use of the NOXARGENT CLUB bot, private channel and private chat provided by Лекторович Евгений Павлович. Paid access terms are set by the Public Offer, which prevails in case of conflict.
2. Account and access
2.1. Access is tied to one Telegram account (Telegram ID). Sharing, selling or transferring access, personal links or activation codes is prohibited. Join requests from accounts without a paid subscription are declined automatically; members added without a subscription may be removed automatically.
3. Chat rules
3.1. Prohibited: insults and harassment; spam and unapproved ads; unlawful content; sharing other people's personal data; redistributing Club materials; impersonating the administration. Violations may lead to message removal and access restriction, without prejudice to the member's statutory rights.
4. Materials
4.1. Materials are protected by IP law, are informational, and do not guarantee any result.
5. Messages
5.1. The bot sends service messages (payment confirmation, links, reminders, support replies, member announcements). Promotional messages are sent only with separate consent, which can be given or withdrawn in "Rules and documents".
6. Liability
6.1. The service runs on Telegram; the administration is not liable for Telegram outages or platform rule changes, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
